EFIN-91913Added new fields for 2022-23 to the LA PEP Report

A new field called PARAPROF QUAL has been added to the bottom of the first column in defined windows - LOUISIANA PEP DATA(Page-1000). A Y for yes or N for no can be entered into this field to indicate if the paraprofessional is qualified. The Paraprofessional Qualified Status field has also been added to the LA PEP Report data maintenance. It will be updated during the load process from the new field in Defined windows.

The LA PEP Report load process has also been modified to allow the user to enter the work email domains to load only the work email address for the employee. The Staff Email field has also been added to the LA PEP Report data maintenance to allow editing before the report is generated.

The report option has also been modified for the following:

  1. Only the Excel report option is permitted when creating the Edlink staff, contract staff, and Vacant staff Verification reports. If the file or screen option is chosen, a warning popup stating, "This report is excel only. Please select the excel option" is displayed before returning to the report option.
  2. Several new or missing fields have been added to the Excel reports. This includes STAFF EMAIL, PARA QUALIFICATION STATUS, STAFF EXIT REASON CODE, MENTOR TEACHER INDICATOR, CONTENT LEADER INDICATOR, and INTERVENTION CONTENT LEADER INDICATOR.
  3. STAFF_EMAIL has been added to the staff.tsv.
  4. PARA_QUALIFICATION_STATUS has been added, and INTERVENTION_CONTENT_LEADER_INDICATOR has been deleted from staff_ext.tsv.
  5. STAFF_EMAIL has been added to the contract_staff.tsv file.
