Nurse certificate added to LA PEP staff report for EdLink

Two new fields, Nurse Certification Number and Nurse Certification Verified, have been added to Human Resources - LA PEP Report at the bottom of the General Information on the Teacher Information tab and the EdLink staff report.

The Nurse Certification Number is loaded from the certification number when an employee has a certificate with the certification type RN, and the certificate is set as the primary. The certificate number should be entered as just numbers and not be prefaced with RN. When running the load process, the user can specify to have the nurse certification verified to Y or N. By default, it is set as Y.

Additionally, the help text for the Intervention field on the Defined Windows page 1000 has been modified to FIELD NO LONGER USED FOR LOUISIANA, and the field validations have been removed. The option to skip creating the staff and staff assignment verification report has also been added.
