Form 9 Report - File Layout and Data Mapping

The default file name for the Form 9 report is <Corporation Number>form9.rpt.

The following table lists the field names, descriptions, positions, lengths, formats, and data sources or valid values for the Form 9 report.

Building	The four-digit Indiana Department of Education state building identification code indicating which school building or location the transaction is associated with.	32-35	4	Character	Retrieved from the Building field on the Biannual Form 9 Data form of the IN Biannual Form 9 Report page.
