EFIN-123365	VT - State Reference Tables - Endorsements Codes and Subject Codes now include CRDC Specialized Area	VT - Human Resources - State - Endorsement Codes and Human Resources - State - Subject Codes now include the CRDC Specialized Area field. The Civil Rights Data Collection - Maintain Location Information - Load calculates the FTE Mathematics Teachers, FTE Science Teachers, FTE ESL Teachers, and FTE Special Education Teachers based on the teacher having a valid certification with the appropriate CRDC Specialized Area on the Certification Area, Endorsement, and/or Subject during the CRDC School Year. Teachers will be reported once under each category in which they hold certification, regardless of the subject they taught during that school year.
