VT | Quarterly Wage Report | Changes

• Load Screen Changes:

  • Label replaced:

    • Current Label:

      • Business Change in Ownership

    • New Label:

      • Out of Business

  • No change in the save logic and report logic for this field; it’s only a text label change.

• Load Logic Changes:

  • The Hours worked for the hourly employees are loaded through ACA hours.

  • If there’s a value in the UI Wages field on the State Required page, it overrides that employee's wages.

• Maintenance Screen Changes:

  • Added the Hours worked field after the Hourly rate flag for Hourly employees.

    • It can allow four digits (no decimals) between 0 and 2,232 hours if the employee is an Hourly employee.

• Report Screen Changes

  • Added Original / Amended as a Radio button – Reporting Type:

    • Original is the default value.

    • Used this value on the A record of the electronic file

  • Enabled the following radio buttons when Electronic File is selected – Format type:

    • New UI Modernization ICESA Format – Default

    • Old ICESA Format
      This is to support any unforeseen GO-LIVE delays of the new reporting system.

• Report Changes:

  • PDF Changes:

    • Showing the Total Hours Worked along with the other Totals at the top of the PDF

    • Added Hours Worked at the employee level

  • Excel Changes:

    • Added Hours Worked at the employee level

  • Electronic File Changes:

    • A type Record:

      • Added Amended / Original

      • Positions 141 – 153

    • E type Record:

      • Replaced Transmitter FEIN to Employer FEIN

      • Positions 6 – 14

    • S type Record:

      • Added Total hours worked

      • Positions 235 - 238

    • C type Record:

      • Added spaces from positions 116-275.

      • This is to ensure consistency with the other rows' lengths and align with the specifications.
