Statement R Detail
Use the EMIS Statement R Detail page to record the finer details of Statement R. This information sheet contains all data about any civil proceedings pending in court involving the Board of Education. You must populate this table manually.

Maintain data
On the start page, select EMIS.
From the EMIS Financial Tables menu, select Statement R Detail.
Filter records using the filter criteria. To enter filter criteria:
Select an option in the first field.
Select or enter a value.
Select Add if the button is enabled.
Refer to Searching for Records for more information.To add a record, select Add Record. Refer to the Field descriptions and enter valid information in the required fields. Select Save, then Yes.
To edit a record, select the ellipsis in the Actions column and then select Edit. Update the information and select Save.
To delete a record, select the ellipsis in the Actions column, select Delete, and then select Yes.
To download the information, select Download, then select Download PDF or Download as an Excel Document.

EMIS Statement R (Civil Proceedings)
The following table describes the fields on the EMIS Statement R (Civil Proceedings) tab of the EMIS Statement R Detail form.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Record Number | The system-generated record number unique for the financial record type, reporting period, and fiscal year. This field cannot be edited. |
Record Status | The status of the record. The valid value is A - Add. This field cannot be edited. |
Sort Type | The sort type for the record. The valid value is QC. This field cannot be edited. |
Fiscal Year | The EMIS fiscal year. The value is retrieved from the Financial Fiscal Year field on the EMIS Profile page. This field cannot be edited. |
Reporting Period | The period of the fiscal year to report on. The value is retrieved from the Financial Reporting Period field on the EMIS Profile page. This field cannot be edited. |
District IRN | The six-digit state-assigned Information Retrieval Number (IRN). The value is retrieved from the District IRN field on the EMIS Profile page. This field cannot be edited. |
Schedule Sequence | The state-specified schedule sequence. The valid value is ZBZ. This field cannot be edited. |
Schedule Frequency | The state-specified schedule frequency. The valid values are 1 - 999. The value must match the Schedule Frequency field value on the EMIS Statement R Descriptions form. The value must be incremented by 1 for each proceeding. This field cannot be edited. |
Line Number | The state-specified line number. The valid value is 1. This field cannot be edited. |
Schedule Number | The state-specified schedule number. The valid value is STR. This field cannot be edited. |
Proceedings Details
The following table describes the fields on the Proceedings Details tab of the EMIS Statement R Detail form.
Field | Description |

Case Number | The number referring to the case of the civil proceeding. |
Court Name | The name of the court where proceedings occurred. |
Plaintiff/Defendant - Type | Indicates whether the person is a plaintiff or defendant. Valid values:
You can add up to 5 entries. |
Plaintiff/Defendant - Name | The name of the plaintiff or defendant. You can add up to 5 entries. |
Capacity of Board | The capacity of the board. Valid values:

Total Expense for Proceedings | The total expense for proceedings through the current fiscal year. |
Expense for Proceedings | The expense for proceedings for the current fiscal year. |
Copy
Use this option to copy the EMIS Statement R Detail data from one year to another.
On the EMIS Operational Unit page, select Copy.
Select the Year to Copy and Year to Create.
Select Copy and then Yes.
If data for the selected Year to Create exists, select Yes to delete and recopy the data.
