CJ Record Layout

CJ records are used to report staff members who are employed by one district or Educational Service Center (ESC) but work at the reporting district under a contractual arrangement.

In the CJ record:

The District IRN (positions 17-22) represents the district receiving the contracted services.
The Contracting District IRN (positions 35-40) represents the district or ESC that actually employs the staff member.
The FTE is multiplied by 100 to preserve two decimal places (e.g., 0.50 FTE = 050).
