EFIN-123010 | MI | MEIS REP - Compliance Report Changes | The following Compliance changes were implemented for MEIS REP Compliance reporting: The Educator Effectiveness field was enhanced to populate from the User Defined Code EF. The existing Hire Date and Termination Date are now mapped with the Vacancy Start and End Dates on the Employee Information - Defined page 500. If no values are defined for the Vacancy Start and End Dates on the Defined page 500, the application retains the existing behavior of reading them from the Employee Information page. Added error check while generating the report outputs. If the Funded Position is 5 and the Vacancy End Date and Termination Date / Last Day to work are empty, the following error message is included in the error report: βFor Funded Position 5, Vacancy End Date / Termination Date / Last Day to work is required.β

EFIN-123599 | MI | MEIS REP | Defined window 500 and User defined code table EF Changes | The following Core changes were implemented for MEIS REP Compliance reporting: New Educator effectiveness codes from 12 to 19 have been added to the User Defined Code EF under Human Resources β Reference Table β Personnel. These codes are treated as valid entries for the Educator Effectiveness on the 500 defined windows screen of Employee Information. Added two new fields - Vacancy Start and Vacancy End to the 500 defined windows screen of Employee Information. When these fields have values, they override the Hire Date and Termination Date on the MEIS REP Compliance Report.
