Monthly Reporting is now available for MEIS REP Report

The Monthly Report has now been added as one of the menu items under MEIS REP Report.

There is no change in the Load criteria; all the employees are loaded for the provided submission date. There is no change in the existing EOY and FALL reports that happen through the Report menu.

To use the Monthly report, the data has to be loaded for the necessary Month end submission dates (For example: Sep 30, 2024; Oct 31, 2024 etc), then the Monthly report can be used to identify the new / change records.

Based on the Current Submission Date and Previous Submission Date fields, it identifies the New / Change records by comparing the Current and Previous Submission Dates and provides a detailed summary of the changes through Hardcopy—PDF. It generates the electronic file in the standard format for the new/changed records only.
