Defined Page 500 – MEIS REP - Employees

Before generating reports, you must enter valid information on the MEIS REP page.

Specify Information For Regular Employees

Regular employees do not have a Pending Status of Add Pending on the Employee Information page.

  1. On the start page, choose Human Resources

  2. Click Entry & Processing, then choose Employee Information (under Employee). 

  3. Specify the search criteria, then click SearchAlternatively, you can select Exclude Pending Employees, then click Search.

  4. Double-click the relevant employee record. 

  5. Click Personnel Information, then select Defined Windows

  6. Double-click 500.

  7. Refer to Field Descriptions and enter valid information. 

  8. On the navigation bar, click Accept.

Specify Information For Pending Employees

Pending employees have a Pending Status of Add Pending on the Employee Information page.

  1. On the start page, choose Human Resources.

  2. Click Entry & Processing, then choose Employee Information (under Employee). 

  3. Specify the search criteria, then click SearchAlternatively, you can select Only List Pending Employees, then click Search.

  4. Double-click the relevant employee record. 

  5. Click MEIS REP.

  6. Refer to Field Descriptions and enter valid information. 

  7. Click Finish.

  8. On the navigation bar, click Finish.

  9. Click OK.

Title I School-wide Program

A teacher assigned to core academic subjects in a Title I school/facility that is designated as providing a Title I school-wide program.

Title II, A

Title II, Part A Class Size Reduction

A teacher assigned to core academic subjects and salary paid in whole or in part with Title II, Part A funds and was hired to reduce class size.

Base Salary

Can be used to enter an override for the base annual salary

Print Date

The last fingerprint date for the employee

Confirmation

The fingerprint confirmation number

Teacher

Flag for whether the employee is a teacher.

Effectiveness

Educator effectiveness

Valid values:

  • 01 – Highly Effective

  • 02 – Effective

  • 03 – Ineffective

  • 04 – Exceeds Goals

  • 05 – Meets Goals

  • 06 – Progressing Towards Goals

  • 07 – Does not Meet Goals

  • 08 – Minimally Effective

  • 09 – Exemption

If this field is blank and if the value selected in the Assignment field on the Assignments page is any of the following, an error is logged when loading data for the MEIS REP (Registry of Educational Personnel) report:
