LA PEP Report - Maintain Data - Non-Attendance Information
If errors are encountered during the Load data process, you can correct the source data on the LA PEP Report - Non-Attendance page. After corrections, you must reload the data.
PowerSchool recommends that you correct the report’s source data that is retrieved from the Core application.
On the LA PEP Report page, search for records using the search criteria. Refer to Search for records for more information.
Select a record for which you want to maintain the on-attendance data, and select Accept
Select Non-Attendance.
To add a record, select Add new. Refer to the Field descriptions, enter valid information, and select Accept.
To edit a record, select the record and select Accept. Update the information and select Accept.
To delete, select Delete, and then Yes.
Field descriptions
The following table describes the fields on the LA PEP Report - Non-Attendance page.

Event Type | The two-digit Non-Attendance reporting category that denotes the primary reason the employee was away from their regular work activity. | Valid values:

Event Start Date | The first calendar day that the employee was away from their regular work activity for a specific occurrence of non-attendance. The format is MMDDYYYY. For example, an employee was away from their regular work activity on Monday, October 22, 2024, and Tuesday, October 23, 2024, attending a statewide conference for mathematics teachers. To report this information, a Non-Attendance record reflecting contiguous days would indicate the Event Start Date as 10/22/2024 and the Event End Date as 10/23/2024.
