MTP crosswalk - Upload

Use this option to create the MTP crosswalk table. This process loads information into the crosswalk from an Excel spreadsheet.

1. On the RI MTP Report - Setup - MTP Crosswalk page, select Upload.

2. Download the sample MTPCrosswalk.xlsx file using the hyperlink in the information section. The file contains all the data required for fiscal year 2023.

3. In the Fiscal Year field, select 2023.

4. Select Choose File and select the file downloaded in Step 2.

5. Select Submit.

6. Save the load summary report file and click OK.

7. Navigate to the folder containing the load summary report file.

8. Inspect the file. Update the MTPCrosswalk.xlsx file data if needed.

9. Repeat Steps 4-8 until all required data is included.

After uploading the file, the RI MTP Report - Setup - MTP Crosswalk page is populated with MTP crosswalk records. You can edit these records by following the Set up the MTP crosswalk procedure.
