ERSRI - Electronic File Name Changes

The Rhode island ERSRI electronic file name was changed to reflect the following:

  • Org Code.beginning report date.rgl

ERSRI Excel Hardcopy Changes 

The Rhode Island ERSRI Excel Hardcopy output has been modified to be saved as a Microsoft Excel file instead of being saved as a CSV to handle commas in currency fields.

ERSRI Data Extract Changes 

The Rhode Island ERSRI Data Extract was modified to fix the following :

  1. Doubling of Employer Wages has been addressed.

  2. Survivor benefit benefits getting included in employer contribution has been prevented.
