EMIS Staff Employment Report - File Layout and Data Mapping

The date the employee began working in this specific position assignment.

UNIQUE RECORD NUMBER

The three-character EMIS classification code that identifies the employee's job role.

Indicates the employee's current status in the position.

Valid values:

  • C = Current position in the district

  • A = Contracted personnel - Agency

POSITION FULL TIME EQUIVALENCE
