Activity Tracker - Staff Evaluation
To set up the Situation Types EVAL-3012D and EVAL-3012E, do the following:
In the Situation Type field, select EVAL-3012D. Refer to Field descriptions and enter the required information in the Activity Detail section.
In the Situation Type field, select EVAL-3012E. Refer to Field descriptions and enter the required information in the Activity Detail section.
Select Accept.

EVAL-3012D
The following table describes the fields in the Activity Detail section of the Activity page when EVAL-3012D is selected in the Situation Type field.
