EFIN-151326	MO \| OASIS \| Termination Date Logic Change	The MO OASIS reporting logic has been updated to prioritize the Last Day Worked field when determining an employee's termination status date, per state specifications and districts' feedback. If the State Required page’s TCode 7 field (Status Date) is populated, that value is used. If the above is blank, the load logic uses the Last Day Worked field value on the Terminate Employee page. If Last Day Worked is blank for any reason, Last Date to Pay must be considered.

MO | OASIS | Termination Date Logic Change

The MO OASIS reporting logic has been updated to prioritize the Last Day Worked field when determining an employee's termination status date, per state specifications and districts' feedback.

If the State Required page’s TCode 7 field (Status Date) is populated, that value is used.
If the above is blank, the load logic uses the Last Day Worked field value on the Terminate Employee page.
- If Last Day Worked is blank for any reason, Last Date to Pay must be considered.
