MO | MOSIS Report | Terminated employee load enhancement

THE MO MOSIS Report is enhanced to load the terminated employees seamlessly.

The terminated employees will be loaded into the MOSIS report, provided the Early term date and Early leave date fall within the selected reporting school year, and the payrate active status check will be eliminated. Below are the conditions under which a terminated employee can be loaded without requiring the payrate to be in active status. The salary of the terminated employee is calculated based on the pay rates within the reporting school year, irrespective of their status:

• Defined Window 2100 with Y in the Core Data field

• Early term date on the Defined Window page within the selected reporting school year.

• Early leave date on the Assignments page within the selected reporting school year.

The validation errors below, encountered while updating the salary in the MOSIS report, are now displayed only when appropriate.

1. Assignment [1] - Early end date must be within the current school year.

2. Assignment [2] - Late start date must be within the current school year.
