ASBR Expenditures Report - Setup - Reporting Structure

Use the MO Annual Secretary of the Board Report - Expenditure Detail - Setup - Reporting Structure page to configure the mapping between your district's organizational/account structure and the Missouri state reporting requirements for the Annual Secretary of the Board Report (ASBR) Expenditure Detail.

  1. On the MO Annual Secretary of the Board Report - Expenditure Detail page, select Setup, and then Reporting Structure.

  2. Refer to the Field descriptions and enter or select valid information.

  3. Select Save.

Field descriptions

The following table describes the fields on the MO Annual Secretary of the Board Report - Expenditure Detail - Setup - Reporting Structure page.

Field

Description

County District Code

The 6-digit county district code for your district (without dashes).

This identifies your district for state reporting purposes.

Organizational Level of Location

The district organization chart/accounting level that contains the location/school building code in your account structure.

The Organization/Account Level must be the number representing the level on the organization chart or account as defined on the Fund Accounting Profile page. Organization levels will be one more than the organization number. For example, orgn2 = level 3. The titles of the organization levels are retrieved from the titles set up on the Titles tab of the Fund Accounting Profile page.

The values in the drop-down are retrieved from the Titles tab of the Fund Accounting Profile page.

Starting Position

The starting position of the organization chart/accounting level where the Location ID starts in the accounting structure.

The valid range is 1-16.

Ending Position

The ending position of the organization chart/accounting level where the Location ID ends in the accounting structure.

The valid range is 1-16.

Organizational Level of Function

The district organization chart/accounting level that contains the function code in your account structure.

The Organization/Account Level must be the number representing the level on the organization chart or account as defined on the Fund Accounting Profile page. Organization levels will be one more than the organization number. For example, orgn2 = level 3. The titles of the organization levels are retrieved from the titles set up on the Titles tab of the Fund Accounting Profile page.

The values in the drop-down are retrieved from the Titles tab of the Fund Accounting Profile page.

Organizational Level of Project

The district organization chart/accounting level that contains the project code in your account structure.

The Organization/Account Level must be the number representing the level on the organization chart or account as defined on the Fund Accounting Profile page. Organizational Level of Source

The district organization chart/accounting level that contains the revenue source code in your account structure.

The Organization/Account Level must be the number representing the level on the organization chart or account as defined on the Fund Accounting Profile page. Organization levels will be one more than the organization number. For example, orgn2 = level 3. The titles of the organization levels are retrieved from the titles set up on the Titles tab of the Fund Accounting Profile page.

The values in the drop-down are retrieved from the Titles tab of the Fund Accounting Profile page.
