Chapter X Grid

Use the MN UFARS Report - Chapter X Validation page to define valid ranges of UFARS dimension code combinations that are acceptable for Minnesota state reporting. This validation table helps identify data entry errors before submitting the UFARS report to the Minnesota Department of Education.

  • Define valid code ranges for each UFARS dimension (Fund, Org, Program, Finance, Course, Object).

  • Distinguish between Restricted and Unrestricted fund classifications.

  • Validate loaded UFARS data against these defined ranges.

    3. Select Add if the button is enabled.
