MI ORS PSERS DLT4 Roth-related enhancement

The following changes were made to the MI ORS-PSERS report related to the DTL4 Roth enhancement.

  • MI ORS PSERS → Setup → Retirement Deduction Codes

    • New options were added for CR – Defined Contribution Roth and PR – Personal Healthcare Fund Roth under MI ORS PSERS → Setup → Retirement Deduction Codes to support Roth contributions. Additionally, the download Excel option now generates an XLSX report instead of a CSV.

  • MI ORS PSERS → Load

    • The load logic is enhanced to fetch Roth-related contributions if the relevant deductions are set up under Retirement Deduction Setup.

  • MI ORS PSERS → Maintenance Screen / Default Screen

    • Enhanced the MI ORS-PSERS report's Maintenance page's edit/view record on the DTL4 tab to have Roth Contribution-related fields.

  • MI ORS PSERS → Report → Retirement Report

    • PDF and Excel hard copies of MI ORS-PSERS DTL4 have been enhanced to display Roth-related contributions. Additionally, the summary is enhanced to display the DTL4 Roth and DTL4 PHF-related totals.

  • MI ORS PSERS → Report → Retirement Report

    • MI ORS PSERS Electronic file contains the new format for DTL4 Detail and Footer only if at least one of the DTL4 Pay Begin Dates is on or after August 25, 2025. In other words, until the pay dates reach August 25, 2025, the old electronic format will be printed; once the pay dates surpass August 25, 2025, the new electronic file format will be printed. This is in line with the Roth Contribution-related enhancement slated to go live by August 25, 2025.
