Setup - LA PEP Report

  1. On the LA PEP Report page, select Setup.

  2. Refer to the Field descriptions and enter valid information. Select Accept.

Field descriptions

The following table describes the fields on the LA PEP Report - Setup page.

Field

Description

LEA/Sponsor Code

The three-digit LEA code for the district.

Leave Days/Hours

Indicates how leave time is entered.

Valid values:

  • Y - Leave time will use hours

  • D - Leave time is in days

  • N - Leave time dependent on payrate pay method

Default Workday Minutes

The default value to use for calculating annual minutes on site/position records if the Workday Minutes field on the Teacher Information tab of the LA PEP Report page is left blank.

Sales Tax Revenue Included

This field is deprecated and no longer used.

Administrative Pay Raises Included

This field is deprecated and no longer used.

Instructional Pay Raises Included

This field is deprecated and no longer used.

Support Pay Raises Included

This field is deprecated and no longer used.

Use Assignment Table

Indicates whether to use the Assignment Codes reference table when loading the LA PEP Site data.

If this option is selected, employee assignments are used to determine site and classification data. If this option is not selected, Site and classification data are determined using a crosswalk from employee pay rates/distributions.

If this option is not selected, you must enter a value in the Site Start Position field.

Site Start Position

The position in the budget code where the three-digit site code begins if using employee pay rates/distributions instead of employee assignments.

If the Use Assignment Table option is not selected, you must enter a value in this field.

After setting up the fields on the LA PEP Report - Setup page, you must set up the following:
