Form 9 Report - File Layout and Data Mapping

The default file name for the Form 9 report is <Corporation Number>form9.csv.

B	Section	The specific reporting category of the financial data as required by the State of Indiana. C	Fund	The specific fund for which financial data is being reported.	Retrieved from the Fund field on the Biannual Form 9 Data form of the IN Biannual Form 9 Report page.
D	Account/Budget Code	The function or program code (for expenditures) or revenue account code (for revenue) that identifies where funds came from or how they were used.	Retrieved from the Account field on the Biannual Form 9 Data form of the IN Biannual Form 9 Report page.
E	Object	The expenditure object code that identifies the nature or type of purchase.	Retrieved from the Object field on the Biannual Form 9 Data form of the IN Biannual Form 9 Report page.
F	Amount	The cumulative total for all 13 periods for this organization/account or fund/account.	Retrieved from the Amount field on the Biannual Form 9 Data form of the IN Biannual Form 9 Report page.
G	Building	The four-digit Indiana Department of Education state building identification code indicating which school building or location the transaction is associated with.	Retrieved from the Building field on the Biannual Form 9 Data form of the IN Biannual Form 9 Report page.
