Use the IN Biannual Form 9 Report – Report page to upload Form 9 data to the Indiana Compliance DEX (Data Exchange) tables for EdFi reporting.

On the IN Biannual Form 9 Report page, select Report.

Select the Year and Report Half.

In the Accounts field, select B - Both.

Create a hard copy of the report to verify data before uploading Form 9 data:

Select Hard Copy.

Select PDF or Excel.

Select Create, and then Yes.

Save the file and select OK.

If errors are encountered, save the Error log and select OK.

Navigate to the folder containing the files.

Inspect the files. Refer to Maintain data and update it as necessary.

Repeat these steps until all the required data is included.

Select DEX Upload.

Select OK.
If a record already exists in the Form 9 table with a matching unique key, the system merges changes into the existing record rather than deleting and re-inserting it. This preserves the existing row ID or primary key.
There is no manual setup. The required DEX tables are created automatically in the database if they do not already exist.
