EFIN-124656	IN Form 9 Report \| Enhancement to include Payroll Cash in Beginning Balance Calculation	The IN Form 9 report Load page is enhanced with an additional checkbox named Include Payroll Cash in Beginning Balance Calculation. If this checkbox is selected, the load logic will include the payroll cash accounts in the beginning balance calculation.
