IN Form 9 Report Enhancements

IN Form 9 report is enhanced to let the administrator choose the “Both” Accounts option on the Report screen.

IN Form 9 report now includes the latest accounts for the Revenue and Expenditure Exceptions list.

Added 5201, 5202, 5203, 5204, 5205, 5206, and 5207 to the Revenue Exception list.
Added 60101, 60102, 60103, 60104, 60105, 60106, and 60107 to the Expenditure Exception list.
