EFIN-134382	Illinois Personnel Budgeting Distribution Changes	The Personnel Budgeting > Entry & Processing > Personnel Budgeting > Salary and Fringe Calculation has been adjusted to include the new IMRF Non-Levied and Social Security/Medicare Non-Levied flags when calculating the benefit distributions for the applicable pay codes.
EFIN-134802	IL Personnel Budgeting Pay Code Reference Table Changes	The Illinois-specific fields in Human Resources > Reference Tables > Payroll > Pay Codes, used to establish a pay code as non-levied for IMRF or Social Security, have been added to Personnel Budgeting > Reference Tables > Pay Code Table. The new fields will be copied from Human Resources when running Extract Human Resources Data > Payroll Reference Tables Data. These fields can also be found on the Personnel Budgeting > Reference Tables > Reference Tables Status Report.
EFIN-135364	IL TRS Payroll Report Bug Fix for Missing Contribution Category	In some cases, data in the IL TRS Payroll Report (Human Resources > State > IL TRS Payroll Report) may have an empty contribution category value, preventing the record from being deleted or updated. That has been corrected, and an error message has been added to the load if that condition is encountered.
