For Virginia sites, in W2C processing (Human Resources > Periodic Routines> Year End > W2C Processing), when creating the electronic file, the user may select the ‘Include RS Records’ option, and the file created will include RCS records as required by Virginia and defined by Social Security Administration specifications. |
