Campus
Use the PEIMS Campus Table page to add, update, and delete Campus records. These records identify the campuses where employees work.
On the start page, select PEIMS.
Select Reference Tables.
From the PEIMS menu, select Campus.
Enter the Search Criteria to find the required records, and then select Search.
Refer to Searching for Records for more information.To add a record, select Add new. Refer to Field descriptions, enter valid information, and select Accept.
To edit a record, select the record and select Accept. Update the information and select Accept.
To delete, select Delete, and then Yes.
To generate a report, select Print, and then select a Destination:
Select File to create the report in .rpt format. In the File Name field, you can change the default file name.
Select Screen to download the report in .pdf format.
Select Excel to download the report in .xlsx format. Select the required Excel Options.
Select OK.
Download the .rpt file from the View Files page.
Save the .pdf or .xlsx file.

Field descriptions
This section describes the fields on the following tabs of the PEIMS Campus Table page:
General
The following table describes the fields on the General tab of the PEIMS Campus Table page.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Type Code | The three-digit code indicating this is a campus record. The valid value is 020. You cannot update this field. |
Campus ID | The nine-digit code for the campus. You cannot update this field after saving the record. |
Campus Name | The name of the campus. The limit is 34 characters. |
National School Lunch Program | The type of participation in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP). Valid values:

Enrollment Type | The type of enrollment. Valid values:
|
PK Full Day Waiver | Indicates whether pre-kindergarten receives a full-day waiver. |
Expanded Learning Opportunity | Indicates whether the campus offers expanded learning opportunity services. If this option is selected, the Expanded Learning Opportunity tab displays. |
Expanded Learning Opportunity
This tab displays if Expanded Learning Opportunity is selected on the General tab.
Select Insert Row to add a record and Delete Row to delete a record.
The following table describes the columns on the Expanded Learning Opportunity tab of the PEIMS Campus Table page.

Days Scheduled/Year | The number of annual days planned for expanded learning opportunity. |
