New security resources were created specifically for EMIS. They must be added to the application Security Resources (System Administration > All > Security). In all cases, choose 'EMIS (EMS)' for Package and ‘( * )’ for Subpackage. The other values are:

Security for EMIS users is handled through User Resource Access. An EMIS user must have at least one of the above EMIS resources in order to get into the EMIS menu choices. Assign the appropriate EMIS resource to each person who will be working with processing EMIS data.
