Defined Page 32003 – Reemployed Retiree Fields

Before generating the STRS Payroll report, you must enter valid information on the Reemployed Retiree Fields page.

Enter Information for Reemployed Retirees

  1. On the start page, select Human Resources

  2. Select Entry & Processing, and then from the Employee menu, select Employee Information.  

  3. Enter the search criteria and then select SearchAlternatively, you can select Exclude Pending Employees and then select Search.

  4. Select the employee record and then select Accept

  5. Select Personnel Information and then select Defined Windows

  6. Select 32003 and then select Accept.

  7. Refer to Field Descriptions and enter valid information. 

  8. On the navigation bar, select Accept.

Retire System

The retirement system paying the benefit.

Valid values:

  • OPERS - Ohio PERS

  • SERS - SERS Ohio

  • STRS - STRS Ohio

  • OP&F - Ohio Police & Fire

  • SHP - Highway Patrol

  • CRS - City of Cincinnati

  • ARP - Alternative Retirement Plan

Date Retired

The effective date of retirement.

The format is MM/DD/YYYY.

Benefit Type

The type of benefit.

Valid values:

  • S - Age and Service

  • D - Disability

ORC Employment

Indicates employment under ORC Section 3307.353.

Valid values:

  • Y - Yes

  • N - No

ORC Compliant

Indicates compliance with ORC Section 3307.353.

Valid values:

  • Y - Yes

  • N - No
