Certifications/Licenses

Use the Certifications/Licenses page to document the employees' certifications, endorsements, licenses, limitations, and teaching fields.

Menu path

From the Human Resources menu, select Entry & Processing. From the Employee menu, select Employee Information. On the Employee Information page, search for and select an employee record. From the action bar, select Personnel Information, then Certifications/Licenses.

Teaching Fields

Use the Teaching Fields page to add, update, and delete teaching field records.

Field Descriptions

The following table describes the fields on the Teaching Fields page.

Field	Description
Teaching Field	The unique teaching field number. The values in the drop-down list are retrieved from the OH Teaching Fields page.
CRDC Specialized Area	The specialized area for the Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) reporting. The field value is retrieved from the CRDC Specialized Area field on the OH Teaching Fields page. Valid values: ESL - English as a Second Language MATH - Mathematics SCI - Science SPED - Special Education
Issued	The certification issue date.
Expiration	The certification expiry date.

Endorsements

Use the Endorsements page to add, update, and delete endorsement records.

Field	Description
Endorsement	The unique endorsement number. The values in the drop-down list are retrieved from the OH Endorsements page.
