Update OASIS Records
Once records have been loaded, users can use the OASIS Report and Enrollment pages to update records as needed.
Menu Path: Human Resources > State > State > MO OASIS Report
Updating records
Select Human Resources > State > State > MO OASIS Report to display the OASIS Report page.
In the Search Criteria section, enter criteria identifying the records to list, and then click Find.
In the List section, select the desired record, and then click OK.
In the Payroll Detail and Demographic Detail tabs, update the fields as needed. For details, refer to the Fields section below.
When finished, click OK.
Updating enrollment records
Select Human Resources > State > State > MO OASIS Report, and then click Enrollment to display the Enrollment page.
In the Search Criteria section, enter criteria identifying the records to list, and then click Find.
In the List section, select the desired record, and then click OK.
In the General, Demographic, and Payroll sections, update the fields as needed. For details, refer to the Fields section below.
When finished, click OK.

Payroll Detail Tab
Field | Description |

School Year | The school year for the report. |
Report Month | The reporting month. |
Report Period | The reporting period within the reporting month. Select:

Employee Number | The code identifying the employee. |
Pay Start Date | The beginning date of the payroll cycle. |
Pay End Date | The ending date of the payroll cycle. |
Part Time | Indicates whether the employee qualifies as part-time. |
Wage Type | The employee's wage contribution type. Valid values:
You can only use wage type T for Position code 030. |
Gross Salary | The employee's gross salary. |
Retirement Salary | The retirement salary for the employee. |
Employer Contribution | The amount the employer contributes to the employee's retirement. |
Employee Contribution | The amount the employee contributes to their retirement. |
Insurance Amount | The amount paid by the employer for the employee's insurance. |
Annual Base Salary | The employee's annual base salary amount. |
Hours Worked | The number of hours worked in the Pay Start and Pay End timeframe. |
Pay Frequency | The frequency at which the employee is paid. Valid values:

Employment Status | The employee's employment status. Valid values:

Status Date | The date the employee's status went into effect. |
Position Code | The code identifying the employee's work position. This is from the State Required page. For details, refer to Payroll Information - State Required. |
Term of Position | The length, in months, the employee works in the school year. Valid values:

Career Ladder | Indicates whether the employee is part of a career ladder program. |
Final Pay Employee | Indicates whether this is the employee's final pay. |
District Final Pay | Indicates whether this is the district's final pay. |
The OASIS Insurance Refunds gross salary was being placed in the Retirement Salary field and the Gross Salary was calculated as Retirement Salary - Insurance Amount, which inflated the amount since Insurance Amount is negative for these cases.
The calculation was corrected so that when there are Insurance Refunds, the Gross Amount will stay as the Gross amount and the Retirement Salary will be the Gross amount plus the negative Insurance Amount.
