This page maintains the master list of state-required program codes used in Michigan's annual Financial Information Database (FID) submission. 1. On the start page, select Fund Accounting, then State.

  2. From the MEIS Reference Tables - MI menu, select Program List.

  3. Enter the Search Criteria to find the required program list records, and then select Search.
Refer to Search for Records for more information.

    • To add a record, select Add Record. Refer to the Field descriptions, enter valid information, and select Save.

    • To edit a record, select the ellipsis in the Actions column, then select Edit.
