EFIN-55906	Michigan Quarterly Wage Report	Modified the Michigan Quarterly Wage report to allow non-reimbursing districts to enter the base wages. The base wages are then used to calculate the excess taxable earnings for reporting. Reimbursing districts are not required to report excess taxable earnings.
