ESP File
The Education Service Provider (ESP) file includes a subset of records for the selected fiscal year for transaction code 1, where the maintenance code is blank, or where the maintenance code is not equal to D or O. The subset of records is based on the Fund | Function | Object combination on the MI FID (Financial Information Database) - ESP Report page.
