Employee Number field on the Employee Information page.

SSN

ssn

Social Security field on the Employee Information page.

Old SSN

o_ssn

If the SSN in the Social Security field on the Employee Information page is different from the most recently reported DTL1 record, then the SSN in the most recently reported DTL1 record is loaded. Otherwise, the field is left blank.

Last Name

l_name

Last Name field on the Employee Information page.

First Name

f_name

First Name field on the Employee Information page.

Middle Name

m_name

Middle Name field on the Employee Information page.

Name Change Flag

chg_flg

Valid values:

• Y – One of the above names in the employee’s record is different from the most recently reported DTL1 record.

• N – All of the above names in the employee’s record are the same as the most recently reported DTL1 record.

This field is no longer used.

Status Code

sta_cd

Status Code from the Michigan Retirement page (ftext9).

If Status Code is blank, then the following values are assigned:

• 11 - the employee’s hire date is in the loading date range

• 10 - the employee’s termination date is not blank

Otherwise, the field is left blank.

If the status code is 03, 11, 12, 13, or 15, the status date is only loaded if it falls after the report start date.

This field is no longer used.

Status Date

sta_date

Status Date from the Michigan Retirement page (ftext10).

If Status Date is blank, but the status code is not blank, then the status date is set to:

• Employee’s hire date - if the status code is 11 or 12

• Employee’s term date - if the status code is 03, 05, 06, 07, 09, or 10

This field is no longer used.
