Certification Types - Applicant Tracking

Use the Applicant Certification Type Table page to identify the level of certification held by an applicant, such as Temporary or Permanent.

  1. On the start page, select Human Resources.

  2. Select Reference Tables, then from the Applicant Tracking menu, select Certification Types.

  3. Enter the search criteria to find the required certification type records, and then select Search.

    • To add a record, select Add new. Refer to the Field description, enter valid information in the required fields, and select Accept.

    • To edit a record, select the record and select Accept. Update the information and select Accept.

    • To delete, select Delete and then click Yes.

Description

Not a valid MOECS Certification Type

Indicates whether the certification number is a valid MOECS Certification.

During the MEIS REP load process, the Credential License Number and Credential Type are extracted as blank if this option is selected.
