Biannual Form 9 Report - Setup - Data Crosswalk - Building IDs
Use the IN Biannual Form 9 Report - Setup - Data Crosswalk - Building IDs page to map your district's building IDs to the state-defined IDs for buildings such as cafeterias, gymnasiums, and libraries.
On the IN Biannual Form 9 Report page, select Setup and then Data Crosswalk.
Filter records using the filter criteria. To enter filter criteria:
Select an option in the first field.
Select or enter a value.
Select Add if the button is enabled.
Refer to Search for records for more information.To add a record, select Add Record. Refer to the Field descriptions and enter valid information in the required fields. Select Save, and then Yes.
To edit a record, select the ellipsis in the Actions column and then select Edit. Update the information and select Save.
To delete a record, select the ellipsis in the Actions column, select Delete, and then select Yes.
Field descriptions

Field | Description |

Building Name | The name of the building. |
Local Code | The district-level building code. This field is view-only and cannot be updated after saving the record. |
State Code | The corresponding state-level building code. |
