Upload Evaluation Records

Use the Upload Evaluation Records to import a file of all employee evaluations performed during the school year into the Activity Tracker table. The evaluation file is in pipe ("|") delimited format.

On the IL Employment Information System page, click Upload Evaluation Records.
Select the Load Date. The default is the current date.
Click Choose File and select the evaluation file to be uploaded. It may be on your local computer or a network location that you can access.
Click OK.

The process generates two reports. The load report lists the records loaded into the table, and the error report lists records that did not load due to an error.

Evaluation File Data

Summative Rating	The evaluation model uses ratings to measure Practice, Student Growth, and an optional rating. The district must combine these into a single Summative Rating yielding one of the following four Evaluation Ratings: 01 – Unsatisfactory 02 – Needs Improvement 03 – Proficient 04 – Excellent	2
