Create File - Site Based Expenditures Report

  1. On the IL Site Based Expenditures Report page, select the Reporting Year.

  2. Select PDF or Excel.

  3. Select Create, and then Yes.

  4. Save the file and select OK.

  5. Navigate to the folder containing the report file.

  6. Inspect the file. Update data if needed.

  7. Repeat these steps until all the required data is included.

The default file names are:

  • PDF: IL Site Based Expenditures Report_<MMDDYYYY>_<hhmmss>.pdf

  • Excel: IL Site Based Expenditures Report_<MMDDYYYY>_<hhmmss>.csv
