New Features

The following new features are available:

Account Structure	Account Structure is a base feature for 21.4 and includes the following items: The option to input account numbers based on components connected with dashes or dots. The account structure can be customized to fit district needs. The account structure applies to the following modules: Fund Accounting Purchasing Payroll Student Activities PCard Budget Preparation (limited options) Entry screens and reports are updated to handle the new account structure. Titles have been added to Expenditure, Revenue, and General Ledgers. Each ledger record can have a unique title. The Balance Sheet has been expanded beyond Fund and Account. Lower levels, such as Organization and Fund Source, can be tracked. New options have been added to the Fund Accounting profile to set up the account structure.
