The Activity Tracker allows you to create and maintain details of an employee's experience in various systems.
Specify Activity Tracker Information For Regular Employees
Regular employees do not have a Pending Status of Add Pending on the Employee Information page.

On the application start page, choose Human Resources.

Click Entry & Processing, then choose Employee Information (under Employee).

Specify the search criteria and click Search.
Alternatively, you can select Exclude Pending Employees, then click Search. -
Double-click the relevant employee record.

Click Personnel Information, then select Activity Tracker.

Click Add new. Refer to Employee Information - Activity Tracker#Field Descriptions and enter the required information.

Click Accept.
Specify Activity Tracker Information For Pending Employees
Pending employees have a Pending Status of Add Pending on the Employee Information page.

Alternatively, you can select Only List Pending Employees, then click Search. -
Double-click the relevant employee record.

Click Activity Tracker (under Personnel).

On the navigation bar, click Add new. Refer to Employee Information - Activity Tracker#Field Descriptions and enter the required information.

Click Accept.

Click Finish.
