Certification Types

Use the Certification Type Table page to add, edit, import, and delete certification types.

During the ALiS Certification Import process, employee certification information is imported from the file retrieved from the ALiS state system. If the file contains Certification types not in the Certification Types reference table, those are added to the Certification Types reference table.

  1. On the start page, select Human Resources.

  2. Select Reference Tables, then from the Personnel menu, select Certification Types.

  3. Enter the search criteria to find the required certification type records, then select Search.

  4. To add a record, select Add new. Enter valid information in the required fields and then select Accept.

  5. To edit a record, select the record, and select Accept. Update the information and select Accept.

  6. To delete, select Delete, then Yes.

    You cannot delete Certification Type records that are in use.
