Summer Submission

This procedure is obsolete.

Use the Summer Submission page to generate the summer submission for PEIMS in the appropriate format. Summer submissions are used to:

• Calculate FSP final allotments

• Calculate attendance and course completion

• Create a portion of the AEIS

• Augment the monitoring of special programs

• Perform desk audits

Menu path

From the main navigation menu, select PEIMS, then All. From the Prepare Submission File menu, select Summer Submission.

Generate Summer Submissions

1. Choose one of the following formats:

   • Education Extension

   • Staff Extension

2. Click OK.

3. Verify that the current XML file format version is correct, then click Yes.

4. Specify how you want to generate the report, and then click OK. The report's default file names include the year, month, and day followed by a system-generated sequential number:
