DEX Financial Audit Report

Use the DEX Financial Audit Report page to audit changes to DEX financial data.

Menu path

From the main navigation menu, select PEIMS, then All. From the Data Exchange (Ed-Fi) menu, select DEX Financial Audit Report.

Create file

  1. On the DEX Financial Audit Report page, enter the Search Criteria and click Search.

    • In the Table Name field, select:

      • tx_actual - Ed-Fi Actual Information to view changes to actual information.

      • tx_budget - Ed-Fi Budget Information to view changes to budget information.

      • tx_staff - Ed-Fi Staff Information to view changes to staff information.

      • tx_staff_employment - Ed-Fi Staff Employment to view changes to staff employment information.

      • tx_payroll - Ed-Fi Staff Payroll to view changes to staff payroll information.

      • tea_responsibilities - Ed-Fi Staff Responsibilities to view changes to staff responsibilities information.

  2. To generate a report, select Print, and then select a Destination:

    • Select File to create the report in .rpt format. In the File Name field, you can change the default file name.

    • Select Screen to download the report in .pdf format.

    • Select Excel to download the report in .xls format. Select the required Excel Options.

      • Select OK.

        • Download the .rpt file from the View Files page.

        • Save the .pdf or .xls file.
