PA PIMS Safe School Reports - Staff Assignments
The following table lists the safety staff assignments file's data items, description, length, position, and the location of the data.

Staff ID | Use the five-digit Municipal Police Officer Training ID (MPTID) for school security staff, preceded by SS. If the school security staff does not have an MPTID, the LEA must assign the individual a unique and consistent five-digit ID preceded by SS. Assignment Date | If the assignment is a continuation from the previous school year, enter July 1 of the current school year. For staff assignments within the current school year, enter the actual start date of the staff assignment.
