Employer Record
The following table lists the data item, description, and position of the Keystone report type’s employer record.

Tax Year | Two digits, for example, 23. | 2 |
Tax Quarter | Valid quarter | 3 |
Employer Federal ID | It is optional but must be nine digits with no dash, if present. | 4 |
Keystone Collections Group Employer Id | Keystone Collections Group ID number on the tax form received by the organization. No dashes. | 5 |
Employer Name | No commas, quotes, or any other punctuation. | 6 |
Employer Address | No commas, quotes, or any other punctuation. | 7 |
Employer City | No commas, quotes, or any other punctuation. | 8 |
Employer State abbreviation | Two-character US Postal abbreviation. | 9 |
Employer Zip Code | It must be in one of the following formats:

Employer's PSD Code | It must be a valid 6-digit PSD code, right justified and left filled with zeroes. Example of a six-digit PSD code: 650693. Example of a five-digit PSD code right justified and left filled with zeroes: 010604. | 11 |
