Pay Rates - Retirement

Use the Pay Rate Information page to store information for processing an employee's pay.

Menu paths

You can access the OH Pay Rate Information page through the following menu paths:

  • On the start page, select Human Resources. Select Entry & Processing, then from the Employee menu, select Employee Information. Enter the search criteria, then select Search. Select the relevant employee record, then select Accept

    • For regular employees, select Payroll Information, then Pay Rates. Select the record and select Accept. Select Retirement.

    • For pending employees, select Pay Rates, then select Next.

  • On the start page, select Human Resources. Select Entry & Processing, then from the Employee menu, select Employee Pay Rates. Enter the search criteria, then select Search. Select the relevant employee record, then select Accept. Select Retirement.

  • On the start page, select Human Resources. Select Entry & Processing, then from the Employee menu, select Employee Pay Rates. Enter the search criteria, then select Search. Select View Pay Rate, then select Retirement.
    This page is display-only and cannot be updated.

  • On the start page, select Human Resources. Select Periodic Routines, then from the Future Positions and Pay Rates menu, select Future Pay Rates. Enter the search criteria, then select Search. Select the relevant pay rate record, then select Accept. Select Retirement.

  • On the start page, select Human Resources. Select Periodic Routines, then from the Future Positions and Pay Rates menu, select Update Future Pay Rates. Enter the search criteria, then select Search. Select the relevant pay rate record, then select Accept. Select Retirement.

OH Pay Rate Information

  1. Refer to Field descriptions and enter valid information on the OH Pay Rate Information page. 

  2. Select Accept.

Field

Description

Job Class

The job class for the School Employees Retirement System (SERS).

The field value is retrieved from the Job Class field on the Pay Rate Information page.

This field is display-only.

SERS Hours/Day

A decimal number expressing the hours worked per day for SERS.

Freeze

Indicates whether to update the SERS Hours/Day field during the pay rate update processes.
