Defined Page 32001 - State Required II
Before generating the SIRS - Staff Snapshot Report, enter valid information on the State Required II page.
Enter information for regular employees
On the Employee Information page, the Pending Status for a regular employee is blank.
On the start page, select Human Resources.
Select Entry & Processing, then from the Employee menu, select Employee Information.
Enter the Search Criteria and select Search. Alternatively, you can select Exclude Pending Employees and then select Search.
Refer to Search for Records for more information.Select the relevant employee record and select Accept.
Select Personnel Information and then select Defined Windows.
Select 32001 and then select Accept.
Refer to Field descriptions and enter valid information.
Select Accept.
Enter information for pending employees
Pending employees require additional information to complete the employee record. On the Employee Information page, the Pending Status on the record displays Add Pending.
On the start page, select Human Resources.
Select Entry & Processing, then from the Employee menu, select Employee Information.
Enter the Search Criteria and select Search. Alternatively, you can select Only List Pending Employees and then select Search.
Refer to Search for Records for more information.Select the relevant employee record and select Accept.
Select State Required II.
Refer to Field descriptions and enter valid information.
Select Finish.
On the navigation bar, select Finish.
Select OK.

Teach/Princ | Indicates whether the employee is a teacher, principal, or both. Valid values:

Start as Teach | The date the employee was appointed as a teacher. This field value overrides the Hire Date on the Employment tab of the Employee Information page. If this field is blank, the Hire Date on the Employment tab of the Employee Information page is used. | |
Start as Princ | The date the employee was appointed as a principal. This field value overrides the Hire Date on the Employment tab of the Employee Information page. If this field is blank, the Hire Date on the Employment tab of the Employee Information page is used. | |
Empl Base/FTE | The full-time equivalency of the employee position expressed as a percentage. For example, 1.000 = 100%. This field value overrides the FTE of the employee’s primary payrate on the Pay Rate Information page. If this field is blank, the FTE of the employee’s primary payrate on the Pay Rate Information page is used. | |
Recvd Prof Dev | Indicates whether the employee received professional development opportunities. Valid values:
Leave this field blank to imply NA. | |
Months Worked | The number of months the employee works during the school year. This field value overrides the months worked calculation based on the Start Date and End Date on the Pay Rate Information page. If this field is blank, the Start Date and End Date on the Pay Rate Information page are used to calculate the months worked. |
