Applicant Tracking - User-Defined Codes

The two tables will be added automatically at the installation time. However, the user will need to maintain them whenever the state changes any of the values.
To access the Applicant User Defined Table screen, select from the Main Menu:

Human Resources->Reference Tables->Applicant Tracking->User Defined Codes

Field Descriptions

Description

Table Code

Two characters (letters/numbers) representing the table name.

AT - Address Type codes
JC - Job Class codes

Code

Ten-character code (letters/numbers) to represent any type of data.

Title

25 characters (letters/numbers) to describe your code or to enter a cross reference code.

Examples

Address Type Codes

To create the AT table, enter the header record as follows:

Table Code: AT
Code: 0000
Title: Address Type codes

For the remaining AT table records, enter the data as follows:

Table Code: AT
Code: Enter a code from the AT Table Records.
Title: Enter the corresponding title from the AT Table Records.

Repeat these steps and create records for the remaining codes.

To create the JC table, enter the header record as follows:

Title: Job Class codes

For the remaining JC table records, enter the data as follows:

Title: Enter the corresponding title from the JC Table Records.
